Comment Date Excellent care given by both Drs Pitt and Langridge. Booking appointments easy and seen on time. Wednesday 10 June 2026 Explained in terms I understood. Made sure I understood how to apply the various cream before I left the surgery. A very professional, friendly foctor Tuesday 9 June 2026 I was seen before my time slot. The nurse, Victoria, was very polite and very welcoming. Tuesday 9 June 2026 Excellent service, completed consultation forms always dealt with quickly and efficiently. Thank you Tuesday 9 June 2026 Reception staff were kind and polite, they listened and acted. GP again, kind and knowledgeable, the service provided has always been excellent. Sunday 7 June 2026 Prompt response to my initial contact, followed by a prompt appointment . Sunday 7 June 2026 Very little waiting time. Dr extremely caring and very thorough. Sunday 7 June 2026 I was able to get an appointment fairly quickly and Dr Morrell messaged me as he said he would, to inform me of the decision that had been made Saturday 6 June 2026 Doctor had time to explain everything so I could understand. Very helpful as was the pharmacist who was so nice and cheerful Saturday 6 June 2026 The doctor had anticipated the possible cause of my problem from my referral notes, and had added a relevant blood test to the routine one booked prior to my appointment. The doctor listened and provided me with helpful information, as well as making a follow up telephone appointment with another doctor. That was also extremely helpful and thorough. Friday 5 June 2026
