Explained everything to me and and adressed any concerns I had , I left surgery feeling I was listened to and had the medication I needed Tuesday 29 July
Given a piece of paper to get a fit note for my son and you just go round in circles. Staff on front desk very unhelpful and rude Monday 28 July
I was not listened too and when I asked another question, her response was that we are over time now but will get back to you. Sunday 27 July
After trying unsuccessfully to book an appointment via Airmid and NHS Apps, I contacted the surgery who directed me to the appropriate page on the website! The Apps need to make this facility clear! Once I had arranged the appointment on the website, everything was fine’ Friday 25 July
