After waiting since July 20th and having a 6 hour window for the call and demands on work I missed the call now having to wait another 2 weeks so over a month to wait on a telephone chat. Can we not have a shorter window frame we all have to work where we cannot be sat by our phones.	Saturday 15 August 2026
