Comment Date Handled in a very professional manner as always Since joining the practice have been very impressed with all my communications Thursday 9 July 2026 I was listened to and appropriate measures have been taken Monday 6 July 2026 Everything went smoothly and on time. I felt that I was listened to and treated with genuine care and attention Monday 6 July 2026 I received a text appointment to attend a visit to be measured for a wheelchair I arrived per instructions on time. No one at the practice had any knowledge. Told this would be resolved immediately I requested a wheelchair months ago Can’t understand why this was necessary or when. No feedback received as yet Monday 6 July 2026 I had an appointment with Rachel Delaney yesterday and she was absolutely brilliant. She listened to me. The appointment didnt feel hurried. She gave me some useful links and suggestions and an additional prescription. It was a very good experience and felt more like a girly chat than a Dr's appointment. Sunday 5 July 2026 Outstanding practice from receptionists to all health andmedical practitioners.Highly efficient triage system.I have been somewhat unwell recently and i cannot thank the senior nurse practitioner and doctors envolved in my care enough.Thsnkyou sll so very much. Sunday 5 July 2026 all the team are very responsive ,kind and helpful .I really appreciate the timely responses of the staff and the professionalism of the team .Its an excellent facility and the best GP practice I have ever had . Saturday 4 July 2026 The doctor listened to mine and my sons concerns and acted on this by examining my son and referring us to the correct people.. they even had a bit of banter about the World Cup which my son loved and put him at ease as he does not like coming to the doctors at all..
