Very easy to check in on arrival and only a short wait. Have always thought the service provided was very good. Have no problem with the online form approach, always responded to very quickly. Wednesday 5 November
Gwent was so friendly and explained everything about the smear test, she was professional and it was the easiest test I have had. She's an asset to your team! Fantastic nurse. Tuesday 4 November
On attending on time I had to wait 20 minutes before being seen. Despite no other patients waiting. Monday 3 November
