The practice nurse I saw was friendly, patient, very professional and reassuring. She really put me at ease.

Arrived in time for my appointment at 11 was left waiting went to reception at 11.40 to be told doctor was running behind so I had to cancel my appointment so never got seen as I was on my lunch break - would have been better to be told doctor was running behind as I arrived so I was aware and not just sat waiting

My own appointment went well but why did 3 doctors have no patients in for at least 15 minutes when people are crying out for appointments.
