I'm a nervous patient, especially with anything medical or embarrassing, yet my GP, and nurse made me feel at ease and got the job done. I didn't feel stupid and I felt heard. A difficult situation for me was made bareable by the kindness of the medical staff. We sometimes don't realise how much is being done behind the scenes, from reception and pharmacy to bloods and all the follow up stuff. Given how shocking some bits of the NHS is our medical centre is brilliant.
