The practice nurse I saw was friendly, patient, very professional and reassuring. She really put me at ease. Wednesday 7 January

Arrived in time for my appointment at 11 was left waiting went to reception at 11.40 to be told doctor was running behind so I had to cancel my appointment so never got seen as I was on my lunch break - would have been better to be told doctor was running behind as I arrived so I was aware and not just sat waiting Wednesday 7 January
My own appointment went well but why did 3 doctors have no patients in for at least 15 minutes when people are crying out for appointments. Wednesday 7 January
