Online referral process was easy to use and I was able to pick an appointment that suited me. I didn’t mind waiting for a few weeks as my case was not urgent. My concerns are always addressed, whether it's for me or my children. Staff are really helpful and kind, and highly professional. The online consultation system is very efficient and response times are excellent. My recent appointment with the advance nurse practitioner allowed me time to thoroughly go my issue, to be heard about my concerns and with a clear plan for follow up.
